Firstly, the obvious...........
1 . Well, duh.....it's my first officially "legal" year.......meaning......ngeh...ngeh..ngeh......hehe
Then.......again........this day was so meaningful because I did something meaningful......
2. First Blood Donation
I went for my first blood donation on this day itself........Cool harh??? at least I think it is....
The Red Cross Organization of my school organized this thingy n I was hesitating whether or not to go.....but then later my sis n bro are also going.....therefore...I made my choice to go for it........since it's on my birthday.....and on that day I'm officially old enough to qualify the age limit.....hence....I've decided to make my birthday worthwhile.....a gift for myself...
I was actually kinda afraid and worried at the night before....because.... due to my "immature act of laughing at my unfortunate sis who had lost her voice for the moment,".....I have to bear the consequences of my immature act.....which means.....I've lost my voice too.....and it's stated that you can't donate your blood if you're not in healthy condition....so....I was wondering if they'll allow me to donate mine......but surprisingly....they allowed!!!! I was kinda terrified by the sight of the packs of blood that I saw when I entered the hall....where my minds began to create thousands of way to run away......but then......I thought.......A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.......and I gotta make my 18th birthday a memorable and meaningful one.....so i went for it.....haha
It was really a great experience.....before donating, you have to go through a few counters to check the blood pressure, blood type, health background....etc.......and every counter I went.....when the person in-charge look at my date of birth to check whether or not I'm old enough for this....they said....." oh.....today it's your birthday harh?".....It was a really funny scene......and then when it was my turn to donate.....when I was lying down on the chair.... I dare not look when the nurse was injecting me and inserting the huge needle into my veins.....wow...it was scary....but surprisingly.....it doesn't really hurt.....at least less than what I've expected....and my blood flowed so fast.....my friend who started earlier than me was still donating her blood when I left....haha.....anyway....I've succeeded donating 300ml of my blood.....:)...so happy....hehe
next.....
3. Thanks to all my friends!!!!
Many surprises were planned for me......though most of them failed.....but it was not the result that matters.....but the heart and efforts taken to surprise me that counts.....I'm so touched....haha....for example....someone left the present where it was supposed to be handed to me by my family members.....and planned to surprise me by using my family member as one of her postmen.....however....it failed....because when my brother hid the present in the flower pot on top of the fridge.....my maid unfortunately decided to clean the fridge top on that day....and thus she found the present and she passed it to me right after I reached home from school......yeapp.....and there goes my friend's great plan....pooff.......haha.......and also thanks to my another few friends who have to act and make up so many weird ideas and stories for the entire school day to entertain me with another "oh gosh....you have a secret admirer" drama....haha.....your's effort are truly appreciated...and wishes from my classmates and school mates.haha.....and also big thanks to my sister who quietly done so much for me........not to forget...friends and my eldest sis who took the trouble to wish me when they're not even in Malaysia...or PJ......thanks a LOT!!!!!!! All the presents that I've received really surprised me by giving me a laugh...haha.....from flowers to marshmallows......relationship book????? to bolster......LOLx.............and not to forget the wallet....haha......thanks for everything man......You guys rock!!!!!! I'm really blessed....*touched*
Oh yah.....almost forget to mention my dinner.....
it was yet another laugh.....haha.........I went to this restaurant with my family and this restaurant gives out a free giant size drink to the birthday guy/girl....but you need to have at least 6 person to dine in there to get that free drink......at the beginning, only 4 of us including me dining in there since my eldest sister is in Indonesia while my 2nd sister went for camp and my first younger brother went for tuition.....however.....in order to get that drink, we waited for my younger brother to join us after his tuition....not forgetting to call him to bring along one of his friend to make up the number 6......then.....finally....we managed to get that free drink.....all of us were really excited to see how big exactly that drink was..........and to our surprise.....it was not big.....it was cyclopean..No kidding...haha.......are you guys wondering how big am I talking about here??? wonder no more.....because I have a few photos to prove it....haha......scroll now to get the picture......
can you see the difference??
Excuse my lame-ness
hmm.......yummy......
And now.....do you believe me??? haha.......in conclusion.....I've really enjoyed my 18th birthday....Despite the part where I was forced to go through the entire day with my so called 'sexy' voice which cause my entire brain to vibrate every single time I speak.....I've really enjoyed it.......thanks to everyone who care....love ya all.......XOXOXOXO........
