if its killing me, why can't i stop?

i try...
but its so hard to believe...
the things i fear..

i look once more....
beyond the shore.....
i feel it there beyond the tree....

i was so afraid...
now i realized...
and so it never dies....

listening to these songs at this hour of the night is very........unhealthy.

oh look. its red too.

" of never wasted "

hmm....so i was thinking..

how people often say,

" this is a waste of time "

and i think i always think that way too...

budden recently i was just thinking,
its actually not like that...its how you think that differs.

like, waiting at the bus stop and observe people, you get to learn and study about human behavior, which is quite an essential knowledge for design.

or...

peeling onions... you get to learn the study of peeling onions...hmm

or or...

walking to your car.....you get to smell the trees along the way..

so yea.... my point is,
i truly believe that everything happens for a reason. and its never wasted.  :) the end.

having to complete assignments on computer is bad... fb, blog...everything is just one click away. heh

erm... i dunno the way. heh

mm.. i think she's really really really really preeeeeety...
i like her :)
.

okies.. that's all i wanna say. back to work. heh

its bigger than the little little monster

tis morning i was thinking....

how i used to see big trucks and lorries as kidnappers.
all because of those dramas and movies that always use them to do bad things.
but actually, they're really good looking creatures.

so now when i see a big big trailer truck, it sort of naturally disconnect and transform into a big robot infront of me. and ironically now i see it as a very handsome ..erm...thing...especially those shiny ones. they looked especially smart...

its all because of transformers~~

even those villains don't look as intimidating anymore....   :)

don't get me wrong ( i dun mean to insult or underestimate the villains or anything) , they ARE still powerful....just not creepy like scary tat kind... erm. u get the point.... right?

its ironic to see u asking something u dunno tat u already know

now that work is all piled up, the only time to watch a movie without feeling guilty is over lunch. so today after work, i played "the Holiday" and couldn't stop watching even after i finished my lunch. its not a movie that has much climax in it, in fact i doubt if it has any. its just a simple and a little slow movie, and surprisingly, its slow progress did not bore me off like other movies do, not even when its my 2nd time watching...

Cameron Diaz amuses me as usual but this movie isn't all about her. i just like the many little things they slipped it in indirectly without making it all complicated and dramatic.

hmm....

instead, i'm thinking of episode 6. . .

the bright screen is burning my eyes
and i should be rushing all these work right now
yet all I can really think of is episode 6
hmm....

smiling, she gave me a gentle hug..

Now cracks a noble heart.
Good night, sweet prince,
And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

just right here, not so far away

Last night i was just telling myself how ignorant i have always been.Realizing that, if i were to really open my eyes to see, there's actually someone just nearby, maybe the person that i just last said hi, is the one who needs a helping hand. Be it a junior from college who's totally lost and confused in the course, or just someone staying away from family and home who need someone to go dinner with, all i have to do is just say a little more than hi.

i came to know this junior last night. As we had dinner together, she shared with me how people used to be racist to her and not being friendly when she tries to ask for help. But she then shared how different this college is, with her classmates all being so kind and friendly. It sort of gives her a cultural shock, but in a good way.
As i was listening to her, i was thanking God for putting me in the category that said more than hi.

I wasn't expecting that when i walk passed the class after cf. what i had in mind was to go home, and go on with rushing my assignments and stuff like that. but when i walked pass the class and saw her doing work alone in there, i stopped by, which i have no idea why. but just because i stopped by, i get to experience this and gained this awakening.

Its so easy to be ignorant and just live on with your life without even feeling guilty because "what you don't know wouldn't hurt" right? but there's the point where it'll determine which side you're gonna fall between the lines, and that's what makes the difference in your life. It may be the same for me whether i stayed back or not that night, but its not the same for the person who might just need your help at that time. it actually scares me to think how close was i to fall into the category of people who didn't care.
thank God for stopping my feet to see. thank God for what He had lead to me.

can i take a pic with u? heee

the journey of meeting inspiring individuals.......

just 3-4 years back, he was just a normal student like us. Graduating diploma with little experience.
touched by a war-photography journalist video and here he is, one of the well achieved photographer in the nation. check out his work here :)

last saturday, fortunately, we had the chance to interact with him after the talk. we sat in the cafe as he continues to share with us his experience and how he look at things. the way he speak and the way he look at things were really inspiring. where he is now is the living proof of what he's saying. he is what he wants to become. and with no difference, we can achieve the same thing as well..

"you need to know what you want"

"visualize your goal to the specific details like the date and time and duration to achieve. counting back down to what you need to do TODAY. start today and you'll be there in time."

"have you been in a protest? if you haven't, you don't know how they feel. do not judge."

from the things he had been through, there is a distinct maturity and openness in how he view things. we all have choices in life. what we are is part of what we choose to become. and there's a part of me who knows i want to be like him. not to be a photographer, but to be who he believe he wants to be. and i want to be who i want to be. to be able to stand firm in my beliefs and stay loyal to my dreams. to become what i want to become. to achieve what i want.

another inspiring person to meet. well known yet as humble as ever. mr architect chiaki arai.
though i was sooooo sleepy during the talk due to staying up late the night before, i tried my very best to absorb as much as i could. was blessed to be able to attend the talk. too bad i didn't dare to take a pic with him. only managed to help my friend took one. i should have just thicken my "face skin" and ask for a photo with him... regrets regrets!! anyways, at least i said hi to him. heh :) he's so cool....

its just so nice to meet people like them. they're human and i'm human. its really inspiring to see what they can achieve. it is as if they're telling me that i can do the same thing too.  total respect to these people. people with dreams and passion are just so attractive... i like them....and i just can't help it  ^^
