Coming SOon.....

Twilight the movie is coming out in 12th Disember 2008.......should I watch?? SHould I not watch??

What if after watching....Edward will no longer be the same Edward in the book and Bella will no longer be the Bella in the book.......oh no....not in a dilemma again??!!!!

should I??

Should I not??

Should?

Shouldn't??

ARGH......

for those who're also in this dilemma.....
here's the trailer......

Ey....what's your decision??

The Ugliness of SMOKING......

okay....let's be fair here.....I shall try to not start this post with any prejudice..although the title is already..hehe.....hmm..phew.........okay...anyway.....lets just start to analyse the pros and cons of smoking......beginning with the cons

1. Every stick of cigarette you take will shorten your lifespan by 3 minutes.....( or is it 5??)
2. While killing yourself is already bad enough, YOU'RE KILLING OTHERS as well!!!!!! (sorry)
3. Its not cheap at all
4. It stinks
5. The catalyst for cancer
6. Causes air pollution
7. It will ruin your teeth
8. It gives you breathing problem

*I can go on for hours....because there's just too many.....

so, let's just move on to the pros....

1. erm....the rate of you growing older will increase.......
2. you can make shapes out of the smoke you exhale??
erm......you can use it as a source of light in the dark???

what else????..........can't think of any....

so........isn't it obvious that smoking definitely brings more harm than pleasure???
THEN WHY ARE THERE STILL SO MANY PEOPLE SMOKING OUT THERE???!!!!!!!!!

excuse my expression.....but...I seriously can't stand it....

last night...we went to watch football in Mcd again........almost everyone were smoking......
so...we tried to wet our jackets and used it to cover our nose as we breathe.......(just like how ppl breathe in a fire) .......okay...it worked in the beginning......but the ppl infront of us....no...I should say...the ppl around us.....took turns to smoke.......seriously....they were like smoking 2 cigarettes in less than 10 mins...and since it's Euro final....the amount of smokers doubled......so during half time...we decided that we couldn't take it any longer....so we moved to Kayu which was just opposite to mcD....

we were so happy in the beginning....because there wasn't many ppl hanging out in Kayu.....so we quickly took the seats that were away from ppl who smoke....but that only lasted for a really short while...then we saw a group of 3 who also left mcD to watch the next half in Kayu.....and lets say...looks really can be deceiving......we were enjoying our fresh air in the mamak and not long after.....we inhaled something familiar......and guess what.......the group of three started to smoke including unexpected pretty lady.........hooray......so much about fresh air.......then only we realised....not only the three of them were smoking......we were actually surrounded by smokers....AGAIn!!!!!! argh...........suffocating.......but the 2nd half started....so we were forced to bear with it........until that 'argh........impossible' lady......she literally aimed the smoke she exhaled at us........gosh.......we were so annoyed....then we started to plan on strategies to fight back.......haha....if only we have that with us....I will seriously blow the bubble at her face and all over her food like how she blew the smoke at us.........too bad we din bring the chemical bubble liquid......we really wanted to see how will she react if we really blew the soap bubble in return.....haha...

Haiz....if only every restaurant including mamak put up this sign..........

by the way......Germany lost!!!!!!! T_T...barhh......sob..sob.........ee yun the traitor.....Spain scored one then switch sides....haiz...........

World Funniest Law

Okay...I've read this online and I truly do not know if it is true because it's really funny........if it's true??...I'm speechless.......so...here are a few of the world funniest law...........

In Arkansas, schoolteachers who bob their hair are not eligible for a raise

In Philippines, cars whose license plates end with a 1 or 2 are not allowed on the roads on Monday, 3 or 4 on Tuesday, 5 or 6 on Wednesday, 7 or 8 on Thursday, and 9 or 0 on Friday from 7:00 AM onwards to keep roads free of traffic jams.
what about the taxi drivers??

In Germany, it is illegal to wear a mask.

hey...what if it's a masquerade party? I like masquerade party...

In Switzerland, it is illegal to flush the toilet after 10 PM.
what if you poo poo after 10pm??? must you wait till the next morning to flush?? eww...

In Vermont, women must obtain written permission from their husbands to wear false teet
h.

I wonder why....

In Montana, it is illegal for married women to go fishing alone on Sundays, and illegal for unmarried women to fish alone at all.
what's wrong with fishing??

In Pennsylvania, you may not sing in the bathtub.
WAT!!!???

Seriously.....there are plenty of weird laws out there...who knows...it might be illegal someday to eat fastfood...or maybe read a book while drinking...you never know what kind of law will be created these days......hmm......

The Happy Moments back then and Now....

Was listening to the song where Meeko and I specially composed for Ostrich.
remember the present hunting song??
oh ya! there was also the song where we used Meeko's piano melody, and that song we sang to Percy before she leave (i don't think she needs it anymore.haha..she have found her  'yan mi mi') [Ostrich...you still keeping it?]
we can publish an album with all those songs man..haha
After listening to the silly lyrics and 'suppressed' laughter as the background, it reminds me of the happy times when we were still in the same school.
Practicing four days a week in the Orchestra , though tiring, yet thanks to it that we get to hang out together during lunch breaks, toilet breaks, performances, competitions and also trips.
So much memories, so much ups and downs. Everything that we've gone through, I really miss it...still missing it now. All the practices throughout the years, was just for that mere 10 minutes of performance in the competition...although I never had the experience of emerging as champion throughout my years in PMO...at least we got 3rd that time.....and also the 'Gold Award' during that "international competition' in genting...harh...that reminds me...International? only Singapore joined as a foreign country...haha.......Anyway...it was not the placing we got from the competition that gave PMO a special place in my heart....Instead..it was the experiences that we've been through together as a team, the wonderful yet sampat people I met from there, the priceless lessons I've received that made me better person.

and not to forget, PMO gave me the ZUEs.......

message to ZUEs: are you guys reading this???

Lol....remember that time when we played erhmm....'catch'...in the mall during lunch break? how could one ever forget that experience....haha....embarrassing......shh.....but we can't do that anymore..can we??

The 5 days 4 nights trip in Genting......that was one of the best trip that I've been to....never felt so 'gether gether'......the theme song for the trip......let me see if I still have d lyrics......oh yah...there were 2 songs....one was the Tian Huey's version, where we sang out loud during roller coaster rides and also when we were on our way back to the apartment.... and the other was the touching song that made so many people cried.....haha....though it did not make me forget the stinky smelly part.....neh...the part where all of us have to squeeze into that small apartment.....phew....I don't even want to remind myself that 'lovely' scent...........haha

then later, the trip to Frasers hill, Penang, Kuantan, Tanjung Sepat, Malacca......every single trip....we had so much fun......despite the part where the st*pid bus driver being so urgh..impossible...........pissing everyone off....in Penang.......nevermind that....at least the rest of the trip was great......remember the slide ride in the water park??? haha.......we were so cheeky back then.......arh...how can I forget the skits....too bad we didn't have any video camera with us....the skits were hilarious......haha....'shit that look like yao cha guai', ' cat walk that kill mosquitoes?', 'and John being that 'welcome' cat /gundik'........

And finally....... Last Saturday ,21st June.....thanks to Peggy's mum that we get to have that gathering......although not everyone came....but at least quite a number appeared..............finally that night we get to gather like we used to.....telling silly jokes and doing all the sampat actions......I missed Tehz...or shud I say Longkang girl...haha.....I almost forget how crazy that girl can be...
other than missing all my crazy friends......I totally miss playing the percussion and also the cello......ah....so long since I've really play a song with those instruments...miss the drums....miss the time where we played 'puak chong chu'......the Famous Sampat 4......so glad that I joined that group...percussion I meant...it was so much fun being in that group.....although we have to join the cello group as well......but it was not that bad either.....
Used to hate cello when I first joined....wasn't really interested in learning that back then.....but as I play......gradually....I thought...it wasn't that bad....and now...I miss it so much.....I'm gonna buy myself a cello later...not now....gotta buy that camera first.

haha........that reminds me of the outing....haha......where all the cello members....plus Meeko n Tehz...went to watch that horror movie about Cello....haha.......Elaine and sis were really funny.....Meeko...dun laugh so loud...you didn't dare to eat that sushi when the movie was showing night time either...haha......

Everything seems to be in the past now.....although there were times when we get to hang out together....things aren't really the same anymore....but life still goes on so there's no point mourning over it.....however, it won't hurt to replay those funny scenes once in a while...and miss every single bit of them.....

Anyway...the gathering was great....but the party did not end there......despite feeling exhausted after spending the whole day in the motivation camp in Nilai.........after the gathering...both of my brothers, their friend, Zhi Hui and I went for late night movies in 1U before heading to the Mcdonalds in Mutiara Damansara to watch the Euro quarter finals.......we arrived at McD about an hour before the game begin...so we managed to get ourselves good seats....although the only annoying thing was that almost everyone there was smoking....eww....I can almost feel that every breath I inhaled were contaminating my lungs....other than that....the night was great....although Holland lost 3-1 to Russia...which was absolutely what my brothers and his friend were wishing for......at least I get a free fries coupon when Russia scores..
...T_T....so... we arrived back home at about 5.40am.....all of us were really sleepy.....since my cousin and my brother's friend were also sleeping over....Zhi Hui and I have to sleep in the living room...it wasn't too bad either....since the 3 hours of sleep were sufficient for me to make it to church for the Sunday service............
.haha......this was actually my first time spending the whole night out not sleeping but lepaking with friends.....I was kinda suprised that my parents actually allowed me to do so.....maybe because my brothers went with me........anyway...it was quite a night.....

So...this proves that...life still goes on despite the many things that have changed.....Its just depending on from what perspective that you're looking at the changes and how you adapt yourself in it....so...friends who're graduating out there....don't take it as something bad.....take it as a great end for another great beginning........and that includes you, 'Xiao Jie' if you're reading this....NS won't be that bad......I think......I'm sure you'll meet some great people there........All the best.......a toast to a greater start...........

sorry.....msg to the Zues again....shud I post the 'self composed' songs and videos here???

A Little bREAK??

yawn.......as usual...last minute studies again!!!!
STRESS...I can't seem to concentrate till the very last minute.....okay...maybe not the very last minute...since I'll be literally banging my head against the wall in school at that time...but absolutely the night before exam.....So, last night...I was studying till way past midnight AGAIN.....felt so awake and motivated to study at that time.. Thank GOd for that......I really needed that 'mood' to study.....since I've wasted the whole afternoon jumping up and down....panicking that I have less than 24 hours to finish whole 10 chapters for the physics exam...
....so.....what's the combination of
'last minute stuffing tonnes of formulas and definitions + less than 4 hours of sleep'
It's none other than a total headache...urgh.....moreover....the mucus army decided to attack on this day itself.....bluek......sniffing and yawning and mind going blank....had absolutely made the 4 hours of physics paper disastrous....I can totally kiss my Physics goodbye...AGAIn!!!!! I've always love physics and I still love it now...that was why I chose to take physics instead of bio....but why now....sad to say....keep failing.....of course... the obvious reason is lack of practice due to my usual laziness...
..but what I meant was...What've GoTTEN iNTo ME??!!!??!! I seem to be procrastinating everything I do nowadays....
..ee yun...of course you know what I'm talking about here.....Sorry bout your present...hehe....I'll finish it as soon as possible....but...since now that you're gonna spend another 2.5 years in IMU....so I guess...maybe.....that can wait??? ......narh...juz kidding...relax...I'll finish it this year...I promise....
hehe....back to the post........that's not the only thing that I've been holding back.....my to-do list had certainly grew longer than a metre rule can measure...........I really feel like stuffing myself into a sandbag...tie a knot over it...hang it to the ceiling and..... punch and kick myself as hard as my muscle allows....grr.......I wonder what's my problem.....okay...I'm getting a bit too emo here..
.....smile smile smile smile smile........
...so....I guess the fact that finals is getting closer day by day is really ticking me off.....and that bring me back to the point where I need get back to my studies in another 5 mins.....decided to take a little break just now to whine in here a bit since tomorrow's paper is PA and MUET......all objective questions......the worst case scenario is to tembak all blindly.....though I'm not gonna let that happen...haha..I'm sure I can at least answer a question or two correctly...I hope....
.........ahh.....3 more mins.....anyone have any lame jokes to share?? cause I can really use some right now..........
..............arh.....I'm missing football already......
erm...erm.......duno what else to say....times running out............really got to go.........so.......ta....

Transformation of GOD

wa........so happy....yet.... sad.... church camp was finally over.......It was so much fun...this camp was definitely better than expected.....I'm gonna miss it so much....Although we faced some troubles here and there....but to God's glory....everything turned out fine......

There's a reason for this post to be given the title 'Transformation of GOD".
It's really amazing on how God had transformed our lives.... Other than the skit we acted....(I'm not going to talk bout that...lolx) God definitely had transformed my life as well.....

Since children church, I've been to a few other churches....but never attended any of them for long......the closes one was the one my friend invited me to....I attended that church for a couple of months.....joined the youth in their activities and performances as well....but after a few months...my friend was still my only friend there..... I couldn't fit in....and gradually...I stopped attending church......until the last church camp.....

From what I remember, 2 years back, at the last church camp I went.....Before the camp, I was hesitating whether or not to go....even when I was boarding the bus.....I din really feel like going....my siblings and my aunt were the only ones I knew......feeling lost and scared....I didn't know what to do....but it turned out that, everyone were really friendly and nice.....and the camp turned out to be quite fun...I was totally grateful that I went....

Because of that camp, I came back to God....I followed my sister to church every Sunday.....though in the beginning it wasn't easy to blend in.....but something in this church that was different from the others....although this church is just a small church which consist not many members......the passion for God in every single member of the church can clearly be seen......The bonding in the people.....the feeling of home.....all of that made me feel easy joining them....now I can finally understand the reason for my sister to anticipate every weekend....because during weekends...she'll get to join the youths activity...and also the Sunday service......

In this church.....no one will laugh even if you sang off pitch....no one will blame you for making silly mistakes....instead...they'll encourage you to learn from the mistakes and do better.....because it's not the mistakes that matters......but the heart of trying for God's glory.....

From someone who stand at a corner during service,
to someone who dare to jump around to praise and not afraid to raise her hand to God...

From someone who kept her voice all to herself...( i mean singing),
to someone who backup during praise and worship.....( it really was fun)

From someone who will rather sleep than to attend service,
to someone who anticipate every Sunday service....

From someone who never talk to others about Jesus....
to someone who dare to spread the gospel to the people around her....

From someone who thinks that church camp is dull and boring...
to someone who can't wait for the next church camp to arrive........

All these....are just a part of God's transformation on me......
it might seem nothing to others......but to me...it really means a lot.......
I can't really explain it in words though.....Here's a song to it....

I Will Never Be the Same Again - Hillsong

I Will Never Be

[verse 1]
I will never be the same again
I can never return
I've closed the door
I will walk the path
I'll run the race
And I will never be the same again

[chorus]
Fall like fire, soak like rain
Flow like mighty waters
Again and again
Sweep away the darkness
Burn away the chaff
and let a flame burn
To glorify Your name

[verse 2]
There are higher heights
There are deeper seas
Whatever You need to do
Lord, do in me
The glory of God fills my life
And I will never be the same again
