ah~~~ life is crunchylicious...
after months and months of sleepless nights, finally, this sem is over!
shoving everything into a box and seal it up, pack our bags and off we go.
it was my first time seeing so many fireflies. it wasn't really how i expected it to be, i thought they would be flying around me, like those in the movies, but then, they were just blinking at the trees, like christmas trees...
when there were many, they seem kinda insignificant, in fact, you can't be sure if they were really fireflies or artificial lightings hung behind the trees. but one made it all special.
when the boat trip was about to end, one little firefly, lost perhaps, flew to our boat and landed on my arm. at that moment, it got me. firefly IS special and magical. with it being so near, so little and blinking, i just stare at it, as if trying harder would allow me to understand what it's trying to say.

ili was sitting next to me when all the fireflies blink below the starry sky, and we were both saying how nice it would be if we were here with our special someone. i guess its during moment like this that you wish you have that special someone to share this moment with. hmm..
as for the adventure part, surprisingly, there isn't much adventure in this trip. however, there were 3 monkeys, who silly-ly ran down to a "not-meant-to-be" beach and headed towards d sea.
perhaps a thousand metres away, they just walk with their bare foot that kept sinking into the muddy surface, getting cuts and wounds from the broken pieces of glass bottles and shells. slippers were already buried deep into the mud. silly enough they were, yet it was one great experience of screaming, sinking, dragging, and laughing altogether :D
two weeks of holiday, one trip done. one more to go ~:) life is definitely worth living.
