wee~~ As I mentioned earlier, today for art of speaking, we're supposed to sing solo...
And so, I was the first one to sing.. Not exactly actually, since Ms. Azlina demonstrated before me..anyway, I was really nervous when I went up front but I just thought, argh...wth, just hentam la..so...I sang with a shaky voice as my cheek vibrated vigorously due to the nervousness in me...gah gah...don't know what to say bout that, but just..I did it!! I sang infront of everybody.....and it wasn't really that bad...Due to limited time, not everyone went up front to sing, but I'm glad I did. At least now, I have conquered my fear.....not that I sang melodiously, but..I sang!!!! wee~~~
Then later, we were paired up and given 5 mins to prepare a speech on Recycling. Each group was given a different age group, my group chose the kids....audiences at the age of five...
So, I spoke silly words, acted silly things and not to forget, got my partner Bear into doing it too.....While the full mark is 8, the lecturer actually gave us 8+++..... double wee~~~~
Maybe because this task is to talk to kids...Talking to kids is still alright for me....... If I have to speak formally to adults or teenagers....garh.....freaky...
Anyway, I'm very much enjoying learning new stuff and I'm even more motivated now... I'm eager to overcome any challenges that are set out there for me....^^ Bring it on!!
Author's note: I thought staying positive is as easy for everyone as it is for me..... but only now that I realized, it isn't that easy for many others... Hopefully they'll be able to set their priorities right and think positively...smile people!! Its a beautiful world out there....^^
"Things never really are perfect," she said. "But inside you, you, you can always see them perfect, if you try. That makes things beautiful to me."
